Prayer Team

NewLife Gathering has a deeply committed Prayer Team that meets every Sunday morning at 9:30 am. This group desires the foundation of NLG to be “a house of prayer” (Isaiah 56:7) so that we are “praying in the Spirit at all times” (Ephesians 6:18), as “watchmen on the wall, praying day and night continually” (Isaiah 62:6). This means our group is committed to prayer, both corporately and individually, and throughout the week, to intercede on behalf of our church, its members, our community, state, nation, and world. We encourage those who share with us, reminding them of God’s assurance to us in Philippians 4:6: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”
